I completed my Ayala Art 29 Faces for September, 2021. It has been a while since I tried drawing or painting because I have been in pain. I challenged myself to ink draw 29 faces of the characters from Game Of Thrones, each in under 10 minutes. Here are the results by eaghl. If you saw the show, you might recognize some of the characters. Meanwhile I had hip replacement and am smiling again.
BEHIND ON ART WORK -- HERE FOR PPF TOO
Through the pandemic I made birthday cards for family members. This was for Elaine, my Sister-In- Law's birthday this past May, 2021 and it will be my last portrait card. I am vaccinated and able to get out and purchase real ones now. This portrait of Elaine is centered on an acrylic pour she made for me for Christmas.
For the butterfly theme, here is a photo taken by my god-daughter when I was visiting her in LA. We had an amazing time in the butterfly garden.

This has been an wonderful week. First my daughter and son-in-law were here. Next I got my second COVID vaccine. (I did have a bad reaction the second day but it passed in 24 hours). My housekeeper was here and restored everything after my visitors left. (There is not a day that is better than the day after the house has been cleaned!). I was able to visit my sister for the first time in 6 months. I got my teeth cleaned and they feel brand new. Finally I was able to sketch and digitally paint some fun ACEO/ATC for PAINT PARTY FRIDAY week two of year 11 started by Eva and Kristin.

My daughter and son-in-law are visiting this week. They are doing lots of work around the place to get ready for their move here. They will be building a house on my 10 acres. It is exciting to think about having them close to me. The start was to clean off this concrete slab in the barn and they plan to enclose it to use for storage. The pictures are all "afters" and I should have taken some "befores" because it is unbelievable all the work they did in the first day. It had been covered with leaves and junk.

Most of the Markerings I have sold are of nudes. Female friends gave me their posed photos fully clothed and I removed their clothes in my mind and drew them naked . One woman who had a mastectomy requested I draw her with boobs.
