EGG-STRA, EGG-STRA READ ALL ABOUT IT!!

PAINT PARTY FRIDAY AGAIN....

I raise chicken for their eggs and  so I have lots to work with.  I love to  blow out the eggs and then sketch, color with markers and spray with lacquer. The one in the forefront is what I am working on now.  It is a drawing of my daughter.  These are fun to make and use for place markers at a dinner or luncheon. Plastic bottle caps make good stands for these. 

I am a folk artist so this is not the kind of egg art you usually see.  While my Marakering eggs by EAGHL are primitive, my daughter makes gorgeous Pysanky eggs as well as carved Emu and/or Ostrich eggs. Still mine have their own audience. If you would like to email me a photograph of you, I will attempt to turn you into a "good egg" to post here just for fun. :-)
