 I am busy getting ready for Ayala Art 29 Faces for February 2021.  Hope to have some of my drawings to share here next Friday.  I will be attempting to sketch famous woman country singers.

Meanwhile it dawned on me that this is Paint Party Friday and I don't have anything ready.  I saw three old pencil sketches from 2016. I had a lot of Prismacolor markers out on the desk.  I colored in the sketches with only what was already on the table.  Here are my PPF offerings.

Here is my girl Frankie with her blue ball.  She carries it everywhere and will not let me touch it.  She even sleeps with it.  A strange cuddle toy.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY

 

 Today my daughter turns 49.  I will always see her as the little girl in this birthday card drawing:  Running at the day care full of determination;  Insisting on a second balloon at McDonald's when the first one floated away;  Going into the school principals office and demanding equal time for girls on the boy's soccer field; Throwing down her flag and marching off the field when she was at odds with the band director. She is still that determined person. I am so proud of her.

SORTING STUFF

 I am going through my office and finding some oldies but goodies. Pocket Art known as ATCs and/or ACEOs. This is just the tip of the iceberg.  I had no idea how many of these I have done.  Some finished some unfinished. All with special meaning.
